1gram Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using 1gram's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1gram platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The 1gram platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 1gram reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend an account if the user is found not to meet the required age criteria.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1gram as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Registering with false information or impersonating another person is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and further action.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 1gram will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
A 1gram account is for personal use only. You may not share your account, transfer ownership to another party, or use the account for commercial purposes without written consent from 1gram.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent activity, system manipulation, use of automated bots, or any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities. Violations may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Payment Information and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 1gram platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid, in your own name, and has sufficient funds. 1gram is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed. Withdrawals are subject to review and verification processes, which may take varying amounts of time depending on the method chosen. 1gram reserves the right to request proof of identity or additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for new accounts or transactions exceeding certain limits.
Any attempt to commit payment fraud, use a card or bank account that does not belong to you, or carry out any form of unauthorised transaction will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be closed immediately. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited without compensation.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy
1gram reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- The user is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or system manipulation.
- Registration information is found to be false or inaccurate.
- The user is in breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- The account is used by an individual under 18 years of age.
- There is suspicious activity relating to transactions or account usage.
- Instructions from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via email. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, the account balance may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. 1gram will notify the user of the investigation outcome via their registered email address.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
1gram Liability Limits
1gram is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.
The 1gram platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, viruses, or other technical disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1gram platform — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of 1gram or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without the express written consent of 1gram.
Third-Party Links and Services
The 1gram platform may contain references to third-party payment service providers. 1gram is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party provider. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and is subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
1gram reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the 1gram platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
